 There's
a localized version of ICQ in Italian. Most notably this version has a
skin called Libero that does not come with the English version of ICQ5.
You can save the skin file from the Italian version and use the Libero
skin with the English version.You can also just download the skin file below and save the file in C:\Program Files\ICQLite\Skin. Then go to ICQ Preferences and select the skin.
