It's being widely reported over the Web that tomorrow (Aug 24, 2005)
Google will announce an Instant Messaging client and/or service. It has
been reported that the new Google IM will use the Jabber network for
the service and be called Google Talk. There is no official Web page on
google.com yet, but reports on the Web claim that the Google Jabber
server at talk.google.com is functional and you can connect to it with
any Jabber client.

 So there's this version of ICQ5 on ftp.icq.com called NetvigatorICQ5. I think it's a branded version of ICQ5 for a company called www.netvigator.com.
The interesting thing is that you can get 2 different skins with it, if
you install it; a default skin and a Hello Kitty skin. The menus and
everything appear to be in English.
You can get the Hello Kitty skin on the standard ICQ5 just by running the 400kB neticq_kitty.exe file

Download: icq5_netvigator_e.exe (you
don't need to install this to get Hello Kitty, it's just a branded
version of ICQ5 that has a different default skin than the English ICQ5)
